Senate 25-15, approved a complicated and lengthy 123-page bill that would authorize three resort casinos to be built in Massachusetts. Supporters said that this would create up to 15,000 new permanent jobs, 9,000 construction jobs and generate up to $600 million in annual tax revenue.
